Our show kitchen offers a sneak peak of Chef Philip Mimbimi and his team at work as, they collectively and ritualistically craft out an impressive menu comprising over 30 different culinary master pieces from the freshest produce and ingredients.
The Nutmeg's floor plan is designed toward high flexibility with our main dining room which can accommodate up to additional 40 customers; as such creating a relaxed ambience allowing a sense of natural movement between the spaces. Simultaneously one can also enjoy a great selection of Champagne at the small but elegant bar that services both areas.
