Accepting the Award, Emirsyah Satar, said that he was justly proud of the Award received by Garuda Indonesia. Improvements that have been made are an inseparable part of the company’s Quantum Leap program to raise the quality and competitiveness of the airline’s product and services. It is also the result of hard work put in, and commitment of the airline’s management and staff, that are now appreciated by the international world.
