Pada awal perjalanannya, PvJ pernah mengadakan tour wisata ke kota Bandung bekerja sama dengan tabloid Senior, sebuah tabloid kesehatan dan gaya hidup kaum pria. Tour wisata bertujuan ke tempat-tempat wisata dan belanja di sekitar kota Bandung, seperti Sari Ater, Cihampelas, FO dan lain-lain. Tabloid e-Net juga pernah memuat profil PvJ di dalamnya. Di tahun yang sama, portal Masterweb menobatkan PvJ sebagai situs web terbaik di bulan Desember 2000.
