Bali: Sunset & Goodbye Indonesia

Time flies and it was the last night of our 14-day Int'l Travel Blogger Trip. I was surprised that the farewell dinner was held at such a lovely spot that we could watch the beautiful sunset in Bali. Potato Head Beach Club it is. Often, I go on trips that I know no one. The 14-day #Travel2Indonesia project brought together 8 international travel bloggers from all over the world - U.S, Australia, S.Korea, Canada, Philippines, Europe and Singapore. Together with...

Borobudur an amazing experience

Borobudur Temple We drove through the countryside of Central Java, Indonesia past lusciously green rice and tobacco fields and we ate lunch at one of the fanciest hotels I’ve ever been called “Amanjiwo”. They all play their parts in the ring of unceasing cantillation. The nightly performance is very popular here at...

What I knew of Bali was that A LOT of Australians visit there and I also knew that it was a place that I had on my bucket list...

A traditional culinary tour of Yogyakarta, Indonesia

One of the most unique experiences that I had on my trip to Indonesia was when I decided to go on a culinary tour in one of Indonesia’s biggest cities, Yogyakarta. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but so far I was loving all of the food that I was eating in Indonesia and hadn’t quite yet felt like I was really “getting to know” Indonesia and its people and what better way than to do it through food? What I didn’t know was...
