3. Makassar Center for Health Laboratory covering  Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, and Southeast Sulawesi

4. Surabaya Central Health Laboratory covering  South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan

5. Papua Research and Development Center for Health covering  Papua and West Papua

6. The Jakarta Center for Environmental Health and Disease Control Engineering covering  Riau, Riau Islands, West Java, Kalimantan and Banten

7. The Surabaya Center for Environmental Health Engineering and Disease Control covering Bali, East Java, East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara

8. The Center for Environmental Health Engineering and Disease Control of the Special Region of Yogyakarta covering Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java

9. DKI Jakarta Regional Health Laboratory covering DKI Jakarta.

10. Eijkman Institute of Molecular Biology covering  DKI Jakarta.

11. The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Indonesia covering  Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital and Universitas Indonesia Hospital.

12. The Faculty of Medicine of the Airlangga University covering  Dr. Soetomo Regional Hospital and Airlangga University Hospital.
