Samarinda City Museum

The museum's collection includes replicas of the Yupa Muara Kaman inscriptions, tools for making Samarinda sarongs, Samarinda sarongs with Hatta stripes, and Dayak handicrafts such as kopiah, betel nut tools, the Dayak bening (a traditional baby carrier for the Dayak Kenyah and Dayak Bahau tribes), war weapons like the Mandau Dayak Kenyah, Sapeq Karaang (a traditional musical instrument of the Dayak Bahau tribe), and typical musical instruments of East Kalimantan.

Access by Land : visitors in the vicinity of East Kalimantan can use land routes with private vehicles, buses, or taxis to reach Samarinda. The museum is easily accessible via the city's main roads.
