就位於巴厘島對面，但仍然屬於東爪哇外南夢區域，被視為巴厘海峽一塊寶石般的島嶼，故稱為Tabuhan。雖然Tabuhan島很小，但是這裡的沙灘卻非常寬廣，水下環境也非常美妙，同時也是風箏衝浪的理想地點。
Tabuhan島實際上是東南亞地區風箏衝浪的最理想地點，因為這裡的風速在20-25海里之間而且不間斷。這裡也是承辦2015年8月風箏衝浪錦標賽的地點。這裡還是浮潛和深淺的理想地方。這裡生活著各種各樣的珊瑚和海底生物，讓人迫不及待的穿上潛水設備投身入清水之中與豐富多彩的水下生物親密接觸。
Tabuhan島的陸地上也保護著瀕臨滅絕動物，包括黑色的羽毛，黃色的眼圈和灰色雙腿的蘇拉塚雉鳥。實際上這種鳥只有在蘇拉威西島上才可以發現，所以這個島上仍然可以發現很多野生動物 。
除了蘇拉塚雉鳥，Tabuhan島上還生活著另一種瀕臨滅絕的象牙色的犀鳥。它的腹部，腿部和尾部都是白色的。另一種備受關注且保護的植物是 Setigi，常用來創建日本藝術盆景裝飾盆栽。
