Binte Biluhuta

Binte Biluhuta, also known as Milu Siram, is a traditional dish from Gorontalo, Sulawesi. This dish is a corn soup mixed with fish or shrimp and is often referred to as siram corn soup, because of the way it is served. Toasted grated coconut is included to enhance the savory flavor. The dish is then poured with warm broth and finished with a squeeze of lime before serving.
